A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY DESIGN PROCESS

For this project, I collaborated with the Blacktown Arts Centre to design a poster reflecting Western Sydney. Inspired by Garage Graphix’s politically charged posters from the 80s and 90s, I researched local events and chose Sound West, a celebration of tech, music, and creativity in the region

I redesigned their event poster, adding energy and incorporating elements of music, tech, and creativity. I also extended the design to merchandise, showcasing how the event’s visual identity could come to life.
